- Payment Information: Processed via Razorpay; we do not store card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Provide GST compliance calculations and reports
- Send transactional emails (verification, payment receipts)
- Improve our platform based on usage patterns
- Respond to support queries
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure (ap-south-1 region) with:
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
- Uploaded ledger files are processed and automatically deleted after 7 days
- Access is restricted to authenticated users only

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your compliance reports at any time
